Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, we begin preparing your items for dispatch. Ready-made products are generally processed within [6 days].

Personalised and customised products may require additional processing time because each item is created specifically for you. Personalised orders are generally processed within 5 business days

Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, promotions, or when an order requires additional customisation. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

2. Shipping & Delivery

After your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the selected delivery or shipping provider.

Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 4 - 6 business days
Express Shipping: 3 - 4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather, customs processing, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Personalised & Custom Orders

Personalised products are made specifically according to the information submitted by the customer. Because these products require additional preparation and customisation, they may take longer to process than ready-made products. Please carefully check all names, spellings, dates, messages, colours, sizes, and other personalisation details before submitting your order. Chisom Inspired Creations is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Phone number, where required
Any relevant delivery instructions

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.

6. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the shipping provider receives your package. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbours, building reception, or the delivery location specified in your order. 8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the items inside before discarding any packaging materials. Contact us at our email as soon as possible with:

A brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and advise you on the next steps.

9. International Orders

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery times for international orders may also vary due to customs processing and local delivery conditions.

10. Multiple Items in an Order

If your order contains multiple products, your items may be shipped together or separately depending on product availability, processing requirements, and fulfilment arrangements. You will only be charged the applicable shipping fees shown at checkout.

11. Changes to an Order

If you need to change your delivery address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has already been dispatched. For personalised products, changes may not be possible once customisation has begun.
